Job Description

At Mobile Wave Solutions we are expanding our Talent Acquisition function and looking for a bright, persistent and diplomatic individual to join our solid team!

Our main tasks are to deliver on the ambitious growth demand of Mobile Wave Solutions and to keep up with the challenging Bulgarian IT market. You will have to collaborate extensively with various stakeholders like hiring managers, external partners and clients, aiming at providing a consistently-positive candidate management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the TA team to develop a recruiting pipeline for all open roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Be able to present the current company’s organization structure, projects and technical focus to attract and commit candidates.
  • Manage job postings on relevant job boards and websites
  • Develop market knowledge and target organizations for recruiting
  • Combine reactive and proactive approach during the sourcing process.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
  • Set up interviews for the hiring managers and the suitable candidates.
  • Manage the candidates within the recruitment process - participate in the preparation, debrief, offer negotiation, etc.
  • Always aim to provide top level candidate experience and build rapport with each candidate you work with.  
  • Keep up with the interview status and demand timely updates from the hiring team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Processes, Policies, and Procedures of the Company.
  • Maintain up-to-date Applicant tracking system with daily updates of the candidate activity
  • Complete and communicate timely reports on recruiting activity

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting
  • Previous experience with consulting or professional services organizations a plus
  • Experience in conducting virtual interviews through various platforms
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. local job boards, social media recruiting, headhunting, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral in English
  • Excellent negotiations skills and ability to drive decision making
  • Attention to detail
  • Personable, empathetic, and articulate
