This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies only to the processing of personal data related to our website and is valid for visitors of https://mobilewaves.com/ (“our website”). This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

What personal data we process?

We process the following types of personal data through our website, namely:

  • If you contact us directly via our contact form in “Get in Touch” section, we process your name, email address, phone number (optional), the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us. If you share personal data with us in the text message, we will also process it, as we cannot restrict the content of this message.
  • If you want tо apply for an open position with us via our “Careers” section and the Job Application Form, we process your name and email address, CV, phone number (optional), notes and other attached documents if you choose to submit these. Please note, that only your name, email address and CV are required from our side. We do not process personal data of persons below 18 years old. Please do not provide us your information, if you are below 18 years old. We do not seek data that may be considered “special” or “sensitive” personal data (e.g., information related to an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, data concerning health or sex orientation/life, criminal background, or trade union membership) from visitors of our website, and we ask that you do not provide such data.

Why and based on what legal grounds we process your personal data?

We use the information for the following purposes:

  • We process your data in order to provide, improve and develop our services/products and administer, manage and improve our website based on our legitimate interest to conduct and improve our business.

Log Files

mobilewaves.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. We take appropriate measures to ensure that all personal data are kept secure including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidently lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach.

Validity and update of the privacy policy

We have the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do this, we will give notice on the site and we will publish the updated version on our website by indicating the date of the update.
