Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and pro-active Office Assistant, with great attention to detail who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office with regard to facilities and health & Safety. As an office assistant you will have the responsibility for supervising the cleaning and maintenance providers. You will also provide ad-hoc  administrative support to colleagues such as arranging travel, expense reporting, events bookings and assisting with scheduling of meetings etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Office and Administration:

Reporting to management and performing administrative duties such as: 

  • Answering telephone calls and welcoming and assisting visitors;
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents;
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements;
  • Assisting the management in daily activities.
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Organization duties such as: 

  • Booking flights and hotels for employee's and visitors business trips; 
  • Arranging catering for meetings and events; 
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events;
  • Responsible for supervising the cleaning and maintenance providers.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • + 1 year experience as an Office Assistant/ Front office assistant or similar;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant is an advantage;
  • Very good command of written English and excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian is a must;
  • Knowledge of PC applications, incl. MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize;
  • Driving license – B is an advantage
