Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Office Manager. This role essentially responsible for all the services that help the business provides a competitive working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and staff entertainment benefits
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff (internal and external) including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, electricity and heating, are well-maintained
  • Ensuring that facilitiesmeet government regulations and environmental, health and safety and security standards
  • Overseeing ongoing building projects, design, renovations or refurbishments to keep up with industry trends
  • Planning and managing company events - team building and social activities on a regular basis
  • Continuously looking for better deals with new suppliers
  • Hospitality activities related to customer visits, hosting on-site and planning evenings dinner and social engagement
  • Manage Google calendar including celebrations of staff birthdays and other special occasions
  • Assisting in on-boarding new employees
  • Timely and accurate processing / sending of invoices
  • Prepare reconciliation report, follow up balances, report missing settlements, unmatched amounts

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • + 2years’ experience as Office Manager, Back Office or Administrative and Finance role
  • Bachelor in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or any related area
  • Effective communication skills verbal and written
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Decision-making
  • The ability to lead and manage teams and projects
  • Team player, flexible and collaborative High level of attention to detail; ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
  • Organisation, time management, prioritising and ability to handle a complex, varied workload
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Preferable experience with Canva, Photoshop Fluent in Bulgarian and English
