Job Description

At Mobile Wave Solutions we are expanding our Talent Acquisition (TA) function and looking for a bright, persistent and diplomatic individual to join our solid team!

Our main tasks are to deliver on the ambitious growth demand of Mobile Wave Solutions and to keep up with the challenging Bulgarian IT market. You will have to collaborate extensively with various stakeholders like hiring managers, external partners and clients, aiming at providing a consistently-positive candidatemanagement experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the TA team to develop a recruiting pipeline for all open roles.
  • Be able to present the current company’s organization structure, projects and technical focus to attract and commit candidates.
  • Develop market knowledge and target organizations for recruiting.
  • Combine reactive and proactive approach during the sourcing process.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
  • Set up interviews for the hiring managers and the suitable candidates.
  • Learn how to manage the candidates within the recruitment process - participate in the preparation, debrief, offer negotiation, etc.
  • Always aim to provide top level candidate experience and build rapport with each candidate you work with.
  • Keep up with the interview status and demand timely updates from the hiring team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Processes, Policies, and Procedures of the Company.
  • Maintain up-to-date Applicant tracking system with daily updates of the candidate activity.
  • Complete and communicate timely reports on recruiting activity.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Being personable, empathetic, and articulate are the most important skills for us
  • Previous experience with consulting or professional services organizations a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiations skills and ability to drive decision making
  • Attention to detail
  • Any experience in IT recruiting will be a significant plus
